Our Strategic and Transactional advisory has no bias in relation to size. We will screen the landscape, identify interesting opportunities, and prepare the initial groundwork. By limiting the adverse affect of the “J” curve, SERPENT is introducing a client friendly approach to strategic advisory. The main advantage of this approach is a near perfect alignment of SERPENT’s interests with those of sponsors and strategic clients. By taking considerable upfront execution risk, SERPENT limits broken deal and sunk costs typically inherent to early stages of any project or transaction.

This means we chase only the deals we strongly believe in and from day one start building our exposure to the deal in sync and allignment with our client.
